At Glowzy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a seamless process.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any product purchased from Glowzy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition as when you received it

 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant images (if applicable).

 

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Please note that delays caused by customs clearance or other external factors beyond our control are not valid reasons for initiating a return.


Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved:

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

In some cases, Glowzy may not be able to provide a prepaid return label. You will still receive instructions for completing the return.

 

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Glowzy will cover return shipping costs. A voucher code may be provided to offset these charges during the return process.

 

Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Ship the return within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll either issue a replacement or process a refund, based on your preference.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges are only available for items of equal value. If the new item has a different price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or show signs of damage (unless received in a damaged condition) are not eligible for returns.

In certain cases, Glowzy may offer a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If you’re unsatisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee helps cover processing, restocking, and potential depreciation of returned items.

 

Restocking Fee Waivers

The fee may be waived under the following conditions:

The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

The wrong item was shipped, and a replacement is unavailable.

Requests for waivers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our products with confidence. If you don’t see the desired results, we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

How to Claim Your Refund
To be eligible for our Result or Refund Guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Consistent Use: Use the product daily for a minimum of 12 weeks without interruption.
  2. Progress Documentation: Take clear, time-stamped photos every two weeks to track your progress.
