Shipping Times

The estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Express Shipping: 11–15 days
  • Standard Shipping: 16–21 days

United States (USA)

  • Express Shipping: 13–17 days
  • Standard Shipping: 22–27 days

European Union (EU)

  • Express Shipping: 11–15 days
  • Standard Shipping: 16–21 days

Saudi Arabia (KSA) & United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Standard Shipping: 23 days
  • Express Shipping: Not available. Please do not select Express Shipping if you are purchasing from KSA or UAE.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 19–24 days
  • Express Shipping: Not available. Please do not select Express Shipping if you are purchasing from Australia.

Shipping times begin after your order has been shipped and do not include the 3-5 business days of processing time.

Occasional delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

 

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery:

Double-check your shipping address at checkout to confirm it is accurate and complete.

Glowzy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for covering additional shipping fees.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Insured Packages: If your package is lost during shipment and it was insured, it will have a faster resolution time.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Early Deliveries: In some cases, orders may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery window.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to very high demand, our Under Eye Brightener is currently out of stock.

If you placed your order after 18/05, please note that your order will be delayed as we are currently manufacturing more units. You should have received an email informing you that you have the option to either:

  • Cancel your order within 3 days, or

  • Wait for the delayed delivery and receive a free gift as a thank-you for your patience.

Please note: If you did not cancel within 3 days of receiving the email, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
